Job Title: Business Analyst

Job Overview:

The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement,
and recommending solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience’
in business analysis, possess strong analytical skills, and be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful project implementations.

Responsibilities:

– Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes to identify weaknesses and inefficiencies.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for new projects or process improvements.
– Develop comprehensive business cases and requirements documents.
– Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and monitor progress.
– Conduct regular performance evaluations to measure the success of implemented solutions.
– Provide recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization of business processes.

Requirements and Skills:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
– Familiarity with business process modeling tools.
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
– 3+ years of experience in business analysis.
– Certification in Business Analysis (e.g. CBAP) preferred, but not required.
