Job Description: Branch Sales Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Branch Sales Manager with at least 3 years of experience to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets for our branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
– Manage, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals.
– Monitor sales performance and provide guidance and coaching to improve results.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
– Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
– Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the sales industry.
– Strong leadership and team management skills.
