Key Responsibilities:
Generate and manage invoices based on shipments and deliveries
Verify billing data with supporting documents and transport logs
Coordinate with operations and accounts teams for accurate entries
Maintain billing records and resolve discrepancies
Ensure timely invoicing and compliance with client and regulatory standards
Key Requirements Skill:
Proficiency in billing software used in logistics/transportation (e.g., TMS, ERP tools)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Ability to manage high volumes of invoices under tight deadlines
