The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT staffing, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with consultants and clients.
Responsibilities:
– Source and place qualified candidates on client projects to meet staffing needs
– Develop and maintain relationships with consultants and clients
– Negotiate rates and terms of contracts with consultants and clients
– Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and attract top talent
– Monitor and track consultant placements and performance
– Stay current on industry trends and market conditions
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in a related field
– 2-5 years of experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter in the IT staffing industry
– Proven track record of successful placements and client relationships
– Strong negotiation and communication skills
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
– Knowledge of IT technologies and market trends
– Proficiency in using recruitment tools and software
