We are seeking a skilled Bench Sales Recruiter with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify potential candidates for open positions, build connections with consultants on the bench, and match them with suitable job opportunities.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct thorough searches to identify potential candidates on the bench.
– Build and maintain relationships with consultants to understand their skill sets and career goals.
– Act as a liaison between consultants and clients to facilitate placements.
– Negotiate rates and contracts with consultants and clients.
– Keep up-to-date records of candidate information and placement status.
– Collaborate with the sales team to meet hiring goals and client requirements.
Requirements and Skills:
– Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– In-depth knowledge of the IT industry and understanding of technical job requirements.
– Proven track record in bench sales and placement activities.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Proficiency in using recruitment tools and databases.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
– Certification in recruiting or HR management is a plus.
