Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and talented Business Development Executive (BDE) / Lead Generation Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience. The primary responsibility of the BDE / Lead Generation Executive will be to identify, develop, and generate new business opportunities through various channels.

Responsibilities:
– Research and identify potential clients and decision-makers within target companies.
– Develop and execute strategies for lead generation to meet sales targets.
– Contact prospects through cold calling, emails, and networking to generate interest in company products or services.
– Qualify leads and set up meetings for the sales team.
– Build and maintain a database of leads and client information.
– Collaborate with the sales team to ensure successful conversion of leads into sales.
– Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and progress to the management team.

Requirements and Skills:
– Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or Lead Generation Executive.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills.
– Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
– Knowledge of sales techniques and market trends.
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
