Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – IT Odoo ERP Sales

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive with 1-4 years of experience in the IT industry, specializing in Odoo ERP sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing sales deals for Odoo ERP solutions.

Responsibilities:
– Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other strategies
– Identify and approach potential clients to understand their ERP needs
– Create and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations
– Negotiate and close sales deals to meet revenue targets
– Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
– Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
– Proven track record in IT sales, specifically in Odoo ERP solutions
– Strong communication and negotiation skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Excellent time management and organizational skills
– Knowledge of the ERP software market and trends

Qualifications:
– 1-4 years of experience in business development and IT sales
– Experience in selling Odoo ERP solutions is preferred
– Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
