Siddhi Vinayak Plastics is looking for a candidate with good knowledge of Tally who can handle factory billing work and basic client dealing in a professional and passive manner. The role focuses on day-to-day accounting entries, billing, and coordination support.
Key Responsibilities
Handle billing and invoice generation for factory operations
Perform accounting entries in Tally software
Maintain sales, purchase, and expense records
Manage client billing and basic client coordination passively
Maintain ledgers and basic account records
Support accounts-related documentation and filing
Coordinate with internal teams for billing and accounts work
Required Skills
Good working knowledge of Tally
Experience in factory bill making and invoicing
Basic accounting knowledge
Ability to handle client communication politely and professionally
Accuracy and attention to detail
Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge
Honest, responsible, and organized work approach
