Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented Backend Technical Lead with a proven track record and strong technical skills to lead our backend development team. The Backend Technical Lead will also be involved in managing and mentoring a team of backend developers.
Responsibilities:
– Lead and oversee the backend development team.
– Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable backend solutions.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
– Perform code reviews and ensure code quality and best practices are followed.
– Mentor and guide team members, providing technical leadership and support.
– Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to ensure our backend solutions remain cutting-edge.
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
– 5+ years of experience in backend development.
– Strong proficiency in backend programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js.
– Experience with database management systems like MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
– Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud technologies.
– Excellent communication and leadership skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a team under tight deadlines.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
– 11-14 years of experience in backend development.
– Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js.
– Strong knowledge of database management systems like MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
– Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
