Ruloans Distribution Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a responsible and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to handle coordination between banks and customers. The role focuses on documentation, follow-ups, and smooth processing of loan-related activities.

Role & Responsibilities
Coordinate with banks for loan processing and status updates
Communicate with customers regarding documents and application progress
Maintain accurate customer and bank records
Handle back-office documentation and data entry
Track applications, follow-ups, and approvals
Prepare reports, MIS, and daily status updates
Ensure compliance with company and banking procedures
Resolve basic customer and bank queries
Support sales and operations teams as required
Perform additional tasks assigned by management

Education / Qualification
Graduate in any stream

Knowledge / Skills
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic understanding of banking or financial services (preferred)
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple follow-ups and deadlines
