ABHINANDAN is looking for a Back Office Sales Executive to support sales operations and ensure smooth backend coordination. The role involves handling documentation, managing data, and assisting the sales team in daily activities.
Job Responsibilities
• Assist the sales team with daily operations and coordination
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documents
• Maintain and update customer and sales data
• Handle client communication via calls and emails
• Process orders and track sales activities
• Coordinate with internal departments
• Maintain records and generate reports
• Follow up with clients and support lead management
Required Skills
• Basic knowledge of sales and back office operations
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho CRM or Salesforce
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel)
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Time management and multitasking ability
Eligibility Criteria
• 12th pass or higher qualification
• 1 to 3 years of experience in back office or sales (freshers can apply)
• Basic computer knowledge required
