Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day back office operations
• Maintain records, files, and documentation
• Perform data entry and update office databases
• Prepare reports using MS Office applications
• Manage emails and internal correspondence
• Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data confidentiality
• Assist in daily administrative activities
