Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support daily office operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling documentation, data management, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring smooth administrative workflow.
Roles & Responsibilities
Perform accurate data entry and maintain office records
Prepare reports, documents, and MIS as required
Handle emails, phone coordination, and internal communication
Coordinate with sales, accounts, vendors, and management teams
Maintain files, invoices, and official documents
Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
Required Skills
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Strong data entry and documentation skills
Basic communication and coordination abilities
Time management and multitasking skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 2 years of back-office or administrative experience preferred
