Job Description: Back Office Executive (Shipping Industry)
Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai (Near Station)
Experience: Minimum 1 year (Shipping, Import, Port)
Salary: Up to ₹25,000/- per month + Paid Leaves
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, invoices, and customs clearance papers.
Handle import/export documentation and compliance with port regulations.
Coordinate with shipping agents, freight forwarders, and customs officials for smooth operations.
Maintain and update records in internal databases and ERP systems.
Assist in preparing reports and tracking shipments.
Handle email and phone communication with clients and vendors.
Support administrative tasks and ensure timely data entry.
Follow up on shipments, delivery schedules, and payments.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of shipping, logistics, and import/export procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong data entry and record-keeping skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
