VRUSHABH ENGINEERING is looking for a dedicated and organized Back Office Assistant to support daily administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to manage office documentation efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle daily back office operations and administrative tasks
• Maintain records, files, and documentation
• Prepare reports and update office databases
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow
• Manage emails, data entry, and correspondence
• Assist in preparing invoices and other business documents
• Ensure accurate record keeping and timely updates
• Support the team with day-to-day office activities
