Job Title: Back Office Executive
Location: Airoli, Mumbai
Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 in-hand + PF + Medical + ESIC
Qualification: Graduate (Only)
Gender: Male and Female candidates both can apply
Age: 20 to 28 years
Experience: Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply
Job Responsibilities:
Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain and update records in the database system.
Support the team with administrative tasks and document processing.
Process back office tasks related to KYC (Know Your Customer) and ensure compliance with regulations.
Handle internal communication and assist other departments with required support.
Ensure timely completion of tasks and meet deadlines.
Organize and file documents both physically and electronically.
Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient back-office environment.
Skills Required:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong data entry and typing skills.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic understanding of KYC or willingness to learn.
Job Timing:
Female Candidates: 11:00 AM to 08:00 PM
Male Candidates: 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM
