Job Title: BA Team Lead

Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Business Analysis (BA) Team Lead with at least 5 years of experience to join our team. The BA Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of business analysts, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, and collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Responsibilities:
– Lead a team of business analysts, providing guidance and mentorship
– Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives
– Analyze and document business processes and workflows
– Develop functional specifications and user stories
– Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement
– Assist in the development and execution of test plans
– Communicate project status and issues to senior management
– Ensure project deadlines and deliverables are met
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis
– Proven experience leading a team of business analysts
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques
– Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
– Project management experience is a plus
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
– Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) preferred
– Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
