Excellent Webworld is looking for a BA + Scrum (Business Analyst) to manage business requirements and support Agile project execution. The role involves working closely with stakeholders and development teams to deliver high-quality products using Scrum methodology.
Job Responsibilities
• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
• Create user stories, use cases, and workflows
• Prepare BRD and SRS documentation
• Work in Agile/Scrum environment and participate in sprint activities
• Manage and prioritize product backlog
• Coordinate with developers, QA, and design teams
• Conduct sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Ensure timely delivery of project requirements
• Identify gaps and suggest process improvements
Required Skills
• Strong understanding of business analysis concepts
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA and Confluence
• Good documentation and analytical skills
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Eligibility Criteria
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 1 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience in Agile/Scrum projects preferred
