Job Title: AWS Data Architect

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AWS Data Architect with at least 10 years of experience to lead the design and implementation of complex data solutions on the AWS platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in developing scalable, high-performance data architectures that meet business requirements and drive overall data strategy.

Responsibilities:
– Design and implement AWS-based data solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements.
– Architect data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and storage of structured and unstructured data.
– Implement best practices for data security, governance, and compliance.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of data architecture with business goals.
– Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
– Stay current on AWS data services and industry trends to continually improve data architecture capabilities.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
– 10+ years of experience in data architecture, with a focus on AWS technologies.
– Proven expertise in designing and implementing data solutions using AWS services like S3, Glue, Redshift, Athena, etc.
– Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
– Experience working with Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, etc.
– AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) is highly desirable.

– Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
– Demonstrated success in leading complex data architecture projects.
