.Job Description:
As an Associate Recruiter at IMS Group, you will be responsible for supporting the,
recruitment process across various functions. You will be involved in sourcing, screening,
coordinating interviews, and managing candidate communication. This is a great opportunity’
for freshers looking to build a career in HR and recruitment.
.Key Responsibilities:
Source and attract candidates using databases, job portals, and social media
Screen incoming resumes and applications
Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate progress
Assist in organizing recruitment drives and hiring campaigns
Support onboarding and induction activities for selected candidates
.Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus
.Experience:
0 to 1 year (Freshers welcome)
.Skills Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR functions
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.) is an advantage
