Role Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic Associate Engineers for our Technical Support team. This role involves providing product support, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth client operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for software and system issues
Troubleshoot and resolve client queries related to product functionality
Perform system diagnostics and report findings
Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve issues
Maintain logs and prepare support documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
BE / BTech (CSE/IT/Cybersecurity) / MCA / MSc (IT)
Good understanding of Windows OS and basic system administration
Knowledge of SQL and basic networking concepts
Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
