Job Description
We are seeking dynamic and confident freshers with excellent English communication skills to join our sales team as Assistant Sales Managers. If you have the gift of the gab, a passion for real estate, and a hunger to succeed — we’ll give you the training and platform to shine.
Key Responsibilities
Understand client requirements and provide property solutions accordingly
Conduct property presentations and site visits with clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business
Work closely with the internal CRM and sales tools to track and manage leads
Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Eligibility Criteria
Freshers with strong English communication skills
Postgraduate in any field (preferred: Marketing, Sales, or Business Management)
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
Confident, energetic, and self-motivated individuals
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
