Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to support the management team in overseeing daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role.
Responsibilities:
– Assist in coordinating and overseeing daily operations
– Supervise staff and provide guidance as needed
– Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any escalated issues

– Assist in creating staff schedules and managing payroll

Requirements and Skills:
