Responsibilities:
– Assist the manager in daily operations and decision-making processes.
– Train, supervise, and motivate staff members to maintain high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.
– Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
– Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner.
– Assist in creating and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability.
– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements and Skills:
– Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role in a relevant industry.
– Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
– Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
– Knowledge of budgeting and cost management practices.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role.
– Certification in management or business administration a plus.
