Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to support the operations of our organization. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the business, provide leadership to team members, and assist in achieving organizational goals.

Responsibilities:
– Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations
– Train, supervise, and support staff members
– Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency
– Handle customer inquiries and complaints
– Monitor inventory levels and place orders when necessary
– Assist in creating and implementing business plans
– Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff

Requirements:
– Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Excellent organizational and time management abilities
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
– Knowledge of business operations and financial principles
– Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications and Skills:
