Job Description:
We are urgently hiring for the position of Assistant Manager in our Loan Against Property (LAP) division. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and processing LAP proposals while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with internal guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Source LAP customers through channel partners, DSA networks, and direct sourcing
Conduct credit appraisal, risk assessment, and ensure proper documentation
Collaborate with internal teams for loan processing, sanctioning, and disbursement
Maintain strong client relationships and provide timely service
Monitor post-disbursement follow-ups and customer retention
Meet sales and productivity targets as per business objectives
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of LAP products and credit underwriting
Good network with DSAs and local market knowledge
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Negotiation and sales skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Ability to work independently and in a team
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduation (minimum), preferably in Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration
3 to 8 years of relevant experience in LAP or secured lending
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
