Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to support our General Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the efficiency and profitability of the business. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented leader with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in management.

Responsibilities:
– Assist the General Manager in planning and implementing business strategies to drive profitability and growth.
– Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
– Manage and motivate staff to achieve performance goals and provide exceptional customer service.
– Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.
– Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
– Resolve customer complaints and address any issues that may arise in a timely and effective manner.
– Assist with recruiting, training, and onboarding new employees.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
– 12-15 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the hospitality or retail industry.
– Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
– Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
– Knowledge of financial principles and budgeting processes.
– Proven track record of achieving targets and driving results.

Qualifications:
