Job Title: Assistant Facility Manager (AFM) – Operations
Experience Required:4 to 7 years in Facility Management (Technical)
Salary / Budget:Between 6.50 to 8.50 LPA
Qualification:Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical preferred)

Job Overview:
The Assistant Facility Manager – Operations is responsible for supporting the Facility Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a facility. With 047 years of experience, the AFM will assist in ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the facility, managing operational activities, and supervising staff to maintain a safe and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:
– Support the Facility Manager in daily operations and management of the facility
– Coordinate and monitor facility maintenance, repairs, and renovations
– Supervise facility staff and ensure compliance with safety and security protocols
– Assist in managing facility budgets, expenses, and vendor contracts
– Implement and maintain policies and procedures for facility operations
– Collaborate with various departments to support their facility-related needs
– Oversee inventory control and procurement of necessary supplies for the facility

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
– 4-7 years of experience in facilities management or a related field
– Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software
– Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
– 4-7 years of experience in facilities management or a similar role
– Relevant certifications in facility management, operations, or related areas would be advantageous
