Job Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Job Overview:
The Area Sales Manager (ASM) will be responsible for overseeing and managing sales operations within a designated geographic area. The primary objective is to drive sales growth, achieve revenue targets, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets
– Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives
– Monitor sales performance and provide guidance and support to team members
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
– Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
– Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
– Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales, with experience in a leadership role
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong leadership and team management abilities
– Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions
– Willingness to travel within the designated area as needed
