Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive specializing in Medical Billing to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in medical billing and accounts receivable procedures. The AR Executive will be responsible for managing billing processes, claims submissions, payment posting, and following up on outstanding accounts.

Responsibilities:
– Verify accuracy of patient demographic and insurance information
– Prepare and submit claims to insurance companies
– Follow up on outstanding claims and denials
– Post payments and adjustments to patient accounts
– Handle patient billing inquiries and concerns
– Reconcile accounts and generate reports for management
– Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance standards

Requirements and Skills:
– Minimum of 1 year of experience in medical billing and accounts receivable
– Knowledge of medical billing software and systems
– Understanding of insurance processes and claim submission guidelines
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
– Familiarity with medical coding and terminology

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent (Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred)
– Certification in Medical Billing and Coding a plus
