Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Executive. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist in managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments and maintaining accurate financial records.
Responsibilities:
– Generate and send out invoices to customers.
– Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with clients to facilitate prompt collection.
– Reconcile accounts receivable and resolve any discrepancies.
– Prepare financial reports related to accounts receivable.
– Assist in the development and implementation of efficient billing and collection processes.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
– Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
