.Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented AR Executive to join our team.
The selected candidate will be responsible for handling accounts receivable processes related
to the US healthcare industry. This includes analyzing medical claims, following up with
insurance companies, and ensuring timely and accurate payments.
.Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyze denied or unpaid claims.
Follow up with insurance companies via phone calls or emails to resolve claims.
Understand the denial reason and take appropriate action.
Maintain documentation of all interactions and claim updates.
Meet performance targets such as call volume, resolution rates, and accuracy.
.Required Skills:
Good verbal and written communication skills (English)
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
Analytical thinking and problem-solving attitude
Willingness to work in night shifts
.Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: Any Graduate (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, B.A, etc.)
Knowledge or background in medical billing or healthcare is a plus, but not mandatory
