Job Description:
Riveredge Analytics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced AR Caller to join its healthcare revenue cycle management team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in handling US healthcare accounts, and the ability to resolve insurance claim issues efficiently while ensuring timely reimbursements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound calls to insurance companies regarding claim status and payment follow-ups
• Review and resolve denied or rejected insurance claims
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits
• Maintain accurate documentation of call outcomes and claim updates
• Work on aging reports to reduce outstanding accounts receivable
• Identify billing discrepancies and coordinate with internal teams for resolution
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines and company policies
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets
• Escalate unresolved claims to the appropriate departments
• Maintain effective communication with clients and team members
