Job Overview
-We are seeking an experienced Application Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users of our applications. The Application Support Specialist will work closely with users to resolve issues, identify root causes, and ensure the smooth operation of our software systems.

Responsibilities
– Provide technical support to users of our applications via email, phone, or in person
– Troubleshoot issues reported by users and work towards timely resolution
– Investigate and analyze problems to identify root causes
– Collaborate with development teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
– Document support activities and solutions for future reference
– Assist in testing new software releases and updates

Requirements and Skills
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
– 2+ years of experience in application support or a similar role
– Strong knowledge of software applications and technical troubleshooting
– Excellent communication skills and ability to work with users of varying technical abilities
– Experience with ticketing systems and support tools
– Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
– 2+ years of experience in application support or a similar role
– Strong technical troubleshooting skills
– Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
