Roles and Responsibilities:

Maintain detailed documentation of support activities and issue resolutions.
Monitor application performance and escalate unresolved issues as necessary.
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts.

Prior internship or academic project experience in application support or software development (preferred but not mandatory).
