Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Android Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience developing Android applications. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for our clients.
Responsibilities:
– Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
– Work with external data sources and APIs.
– Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
– Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
– Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
– 2+ years of experience in Android development.
– Proficient in Java and Kotlin programming languages.
– Strong understanding of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes.
– Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
– Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
– Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
– Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
Qualifications:
– BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
– 2+ years of experience in Android development.
– Strong problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
