Job Overview
EAlphabits is seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer with expertise in LLMs and NLP to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI solutions. The role involves working on large language models, natural language processing pipelines, and real-world AI applications across multiple domains.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models with a focus on NLP and LLMs.
Work with Transformer-based models such as GPT, BERT, LLaMA, or T5.
Implement prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and inference pipelines.
Build NLP pipelines for text classification, NER, summarization, and sentiment analysis.
Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems using vector databases.
Prepare, clean, and preprocess large-scale text and structured datasets.
Deploy models using FastAPI/Flask and integrate them into production systems.
Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
Monitor model performance, improve accuracy, and ensure ethical AI practices.
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in Python and ML programming.
Solid understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts.
Hands-on experience with NLP libraries (spaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face).
Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs).
Knowledge of Transformer architecture and embeddings.
Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
Familiarity with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).
API development using FastAPI or Flask.
Experience with Docker and basic MLOps workflows.
Preferred Skills
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and model monitoring.
Exposure to AI ethics, bias mitigation, and data privacy.
Research experience or published work in NLP/AI is a plus.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
2–5 years of relevant industry experience in AI/ML or NLP roles.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
