Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in developing, deploying, and optimizing AI/ML models along with hands-on experience in modern AI frameworks, LLMs, and multi-agent systems. You will work on advanced AI solutions, contribute to R&D, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable AI-driven products.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, train, and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
Build, optimize, and maintain RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
Work with LLMs (Large Language Models) for various NLP-driven applications.
Implement solutions using LangChain, CrewAI, and related AI frameworks.
Design and maintain Multi-Agent Systems.
Integrate AI models with production systems ensuring scalability and reliability.
Work with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and related architectures.
Research emerging AI technologies and recommend improvements.

Requirements:
Minimum 4+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
Strong understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP concepts.
Hands-on experience with LLMs and generative AI.
Proficiency in RAG implementation and vector databases.
Practical knowledge of LangChain, CrewAI, and multi-agent frameworks.
Experience working with Python and related AI libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Transformers, etc.).
Solid understanding of model deployment, optimization, and evaluation.
Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality solutions.
