Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced AGM / DGM – Payroll with a minimum of 15-20 years of relevant experience to oversee and manage all aspects of payroll operations within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, compliance with relevant regulations, and implementation of best practices to streamline payroll processes.

Responsibilities:
– Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, including data input, verification, and distribution of payroll checks or direct deposits.
– Ensure compliance with all payroll regulations and statutory requirements.
– Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payroll-related issues and provide guidance on payroll matters.
– Generate payroll reports and analyze payroll data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
– Stay updated on changes in payroll laws, regulations, and technology to ensure the organization remains compliant and utilizes best practices.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
– Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in payroll management.
– In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, regulations, and best practices.
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex payroll data.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office applications.
– Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
– Professional certification in payroll management (preferred).
– Prior experience in a leadership role overseeing payroll operations.
