Job Description:
Bitontree is looking for an experienced Agentic AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI agents capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution. The candidate should have strong expertise in AI frameworks, Large Language Models (LLMs), and agent-based systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop AI agents for business automation and problem-solving
• Build and integrate solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
• Integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, and external tools
• Optimize agent workflows, reasoning, and performance
• Work with vector databases and knowledge retrieval systems
• Collaborate with AI, data, and software development teams
• Monitor, test, and improve AI agent reliability and accuracy
• Maintain technical documentation and best practices
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and agentic systems
Required Skills:
• Python Programming
• Large Language Models (LLMs)
• AI Agent Development (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen)
• Prompt Engineering
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS)
• API Integration and Tool Calling
Eligibility:
• Graduate in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or Related Field Preferred
• 3 to 5 Years of Experience
• Strong expertise in AI agents, LLMs, and intelligent automation required
