Job Summary:
ARNA Accounting Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to lead the accounting team and oversee day-to-day financial operations. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent knowledge of accounting principles, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Supervise accounting staff and review their work
Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns
Monitor and manage cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasting
Liaise with auditors and tax consultants
Handle client communication and maintain account accuracy
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards and financial regulations
Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or other accounting software
and team management skills
Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
Experience in handling multiple client portfolios is an advantage
