Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to join our team in Chakan, Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the finance team in managing budgets, audits, and taxation.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update daily financial records, vouchers, and ledgers
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Prepare and process invoices, payments, and purchase orders
Assist in preparing financial reports, GST filings, and tax documents
Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards
Maintain confidentiality and ensure data accuracy at all times

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA / MBA (Finance)
Experience: 2 to 3 years in a similar accounting role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel
Familiarity with accounting software like Tally or similar tools
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
