💼 Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Executive to join our finance team at our Ahmedabad office. The ideal candidate should have experience in basic accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial documentation.
✅ Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting entries and maintain proper records
Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, and vouchers
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Assist in GST, TDS, and tax return filings
Reconcile bank statements and financial records
Prepare reports and summaries for management
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors on payment matters
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all financial transactions
🎯 Requirements
6 months to 2 years of relevant accounting experience
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, or similar)
Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic financial compliance
Strong organizational and time management skills
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field (preferred)
