The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and maintaining accurate records. They will also assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Responsibilities:
– Process and maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable
– Prepare financial statements and reports
– Assist in budget preparation and monitoring
– Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations
– Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
– Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance
– Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
– Good communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications:
