Job Description: Accounts Executive

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy in financial records. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting and a strong understanding of financial principles.

Responsibilities:
– Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
– Prepare financial statements and reports for management.
– Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.
– Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
– Monitor financial transactions and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
– Collaborate with internal teams to support financial planning and analysis.
– Manage tax filings and ensure compliance with tax laws.
– Provide financial analysis and recommendations to improve financial performance.
– Assist in auditing processes and prepare documentation for audits.
– Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.
– Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role for at least 3 years.
– Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
– Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
– Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Good communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
– CPA or relevant certification is a plus.
