We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accounts Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance. The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for assisting with various financial tasks, providing support to the finance team, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records.
Responsibilities:
– Processing and recording financial transactions
– Reconciling bank statements and accounts payable/receivable
– Assisting with budget preparation and monitoring
– Generating financial reports and assisting with audit preparation
– Handling general accounting tasks as assigned
– Providing support to the finance team as needed
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
– Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting or finance
– Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
– CPA certification is a plus
– Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting or finance role
