Job Title: Accountant
Experience Required: 2 to 4 years
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com
Job Overview:
The Accountant is responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate financial information.
Responsibilities:
– Prepare and maintain financial records
– Ensure accuracy of financial data
– Prepare financial statements and reports
– Analyze financial information to recommend solutions to improve financial performance
– Monitor financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting regulations
– Collaborate with internal teams to support financial decision-making
– Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
– Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
– 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance
– Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel
– Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
– CPA certification (preferred)
