Overview
NIV Lights Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and support compliance and reporting activities.

Role & Responsibilities
Handle daily accounting and bookkeeping activities
Record sales, purchase, expense, and journal entries
Prepare invoices, bills, and payment vouchers
Maintain cash book, bank book, and ledger accounts
Perform bank and ledger reconciliations
Assist in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance documentation
Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents
Assist in monthly and yearly account closing
Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments
Support audit and finance-related tasks as required

Education / Qualification
Graduate (B.Com / Finance background preferred)

Knowledge / Skills
Good knowledge of accounting principles
Experience with accounting software (Tally preferred)
Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
Accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
