Overview
Sera Agencies is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting and invoicing activities. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate billing, maintain financial records, and support routine accounts operations.
Role & Responsibilities
Prepare and issue sales invoices, credit/debit notes
Maintain books of accounts and daily entries
Record purchase, sales, expense, and journal entries
Manage accounts receivable/payable and follow-ups
Perform bank and ledger reconciliations
Support GST/TDS compliance and documentation
Maintain proper records, files, and supporting documents
Coordinate with sales and operations teams for billing accuracy
Assist in monthly closing and basic reporting
Support audit and compliance requirements as needed
Education / Qualification
B.Com or above (Accounts/Finance preferred)
Knowledge / Skills
Sound understanding of accounting principles
Experience with accounting software (Tally preferred)
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
High attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
