Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Accountant cum Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities:
– Prepare and maintain financial records
– Process accounts payable and receivable
– Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
– Manage payroll and employee reimbursements
– Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and maintaining office supplies
– Assist in budget planning and expense tracking
– Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
– Minimum of 2 years of accounting and administrative experience
– Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite
– Strong analytical and organizational skills
– Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
– Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
– Good communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting and administration
– Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
– Experience with accounting software such as Quick Books or SAP is preferred
